Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
There are 10 people in the maintenance and testing part, who specialize in testing the link between the main control chip and the storage chip, and the PCBA backplane. If the link is not normal, it will be returned to the maintenance personnel for maintenance. There are 10 people in the capacity sorting department. Mass production is carried out through professional card opening test tools, and then the capacity is classified, laser marked, and then delivered to the finished product assembly department!
Quality Control Procedures
After each production process, there will be qualified personnel for management and control. The defective products produced before injection molding and sealing are all concentrated in the hands of maintenance personnel for repair and treatment. The defective products produced after injection molding and sealing are all left to the testing department for capacity sorting for selection and classification. The defective products produced during the assembly process of the finished product are all reworked in the production line!
